Ciutat de la Justícia in Barcelona, designed by David Chipperfield, brings together institutional buildings for courts and offices within an urban complex of strong architectural presence.
The project is defined by the rhythmic repetition of openings, restrained volumes and a material language that reinforces the institutional character of the complex.
The architectural photography shows the relationship between scale, façade and urban light. The images explore the geometry of the volumes, the texture of the surfaces and the presence of the ensemble within the urban landscape of Barcelona.
