Around that time, Mari Carmen and Alfred were awaiting the imminent arrival of their first child.
One day they opened the doors of their home to me and shared that waiting with me and, why not say it, the impatience as well.
But above all, one thing became clear to me: the excitement was at its peak.
And that, simply, is what I tried to let emanate from my photographs.
